About Ethos

The aim of Ethos is simple: to stimulate thought and provoke reaction to the big issues shaping the world of public services. Ethos is aimed at public sector leaders, local and national politicians and the many other academics and policy specialists debating the future of public services today.

Ethos will provide a space in which issues relevant to public service reform can be discussed and debated. The publication will feature the key domestic and international policy debates affecting public services with contributions from well known and respected journalists, academics, policymakers and politicians. It will be published three times each year.

Ethos is published on behalf of Serco Group plc. Serco is an international service company which combines commercial know-how with a deep public service ethos. Serco improves services by managing people, processes, technology and assets more effectively. We advise policy makers, design innovative solutions, integrate systems and - most of all - deliver to the public.

Ethos will include a range of voices and viewpoints about public service reform issues. Each edition of Ethos will be published online. If you would like an email letting you know when each edition of Ethos has been published please visit the subscription page which can be accessed at the top of the page.
